Our website is hosted by Vercel. This processing is based on our legitimate interest in providing a secure, fast and reliable website.
3. Cookies, Consent and Optional Services
We use necessary functions required for operating the website. Analytics, marketing and map services are only used if you have given your prior consent.
You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via the “Cookie settings” link in the footer. Without consent, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel and Google Maps are not loaded.
4. Inquiry, Contact and Reservation Forms
If you use a form, we process the information you provide. Depending on the form, this may include your name, email address, phone number, event type, preferred dates, number of guests, selected packages or other details about your inquiry.
We use this data to respond to your inquiry, prepare your event or reservation and, where applicable, send you an email confirmation. Emails are sent through our email service provider Resend. The website does not provide a public database of form submissions.
5. Spam and Abuse Protection
We use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect our forms against automated submissions and abuse. This service helps determine whether a request is made by a human or by automated software.
Where required, this processing is based on our legitimate interest in maintaining a secure website and protecting our communication channels.
6. Room Booking via DIRS21
For direct room bookings, we use the external booking system DIRS21. The service is only loaded when you actively open the booking tool.
If you use DIRS21, the data required for checking availability, booking and processing the reservation may be processed by DIRS21 as part of the booking process.
7. Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics only with your consent to statistically evaluate the use of our website and improve our services. Pseudonymous usage data, device information and page views may be processed.
You can withdraw your consent at any time via the cookie settings. From that point on, Google Analytics will no longer be loaded for future visits.
8. Meta Pixel
The Meta Pixel is only loaded after your consent. We use it to better understand the performance of online marketing measures and to display relevant content.
If you do not consent or withdraw your consent, the Meta Pixel is not loaded and no corresponding pixel events are triggered through our website.

Some providers may process data outside the European Union or the European Economic Area. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses or comparable protection mechanisms.
11. Storage Period
We store personal data only for as long as necessary for the respective purpose. Inquiry and reservation data is retained as long as required for processing, follow-up questions, contractual handling or statutory retention obligations.
12. Your Rights
Subject to the GDPR, you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection to certain processing activities. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time with effect for the future.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates data protection law.
13. Automated Decision-Making
